POTTERY PICKUP
YOUR POTTERY NEEDS TIME TO FINISH
After your class, your pottery will remain at Sweet Gum for drying, firing, and glazing. This process takes time, and pieces are typically ready for pickup within 4 weeks, depending on studio volume and kiln schedules.
WE’LL BE IN TOUCH
Once your pottery is ready to go home, we'll contact you via phone using the number provided during registration. Please wait for notification before coming to the studio, as pieces may not be available.
PICKUP HOURS
Finished pottery can be picked up during our regular studio hours. If you're unable to visit during those times, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange an alternative pickup time.
A NOTE ON HANDMADE POTTERY
Ceramics go through multiple stages of drying and firing, and occasional cracking, warping, or breakage can occur despite our best efforts. While we take great care with every piece, pottery is an inherently unpredictable process, and items may have imperfections.

Due to limited storage space, we ask that finished pottery be picked up within 3 months of notification. Pieces left beyond this period may be donated, recycled, or discarded to make room for new work.
